On the morning of 25th March, the board of An Giang University welcomed and had a meeting with Kalasin University, Thailand. Two sides signed the memorandum of understanding (MoU).

Attending the meeting were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vo Van Thang - the Rector and respectful lecturers who are deans and vice deans of the Faculties and the School Divisions. As for Kalasin University, Thailand, there came to the meeting Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jirapun Huasan - The Rector who is also leader of the delegation and boards of units.

On the morning of 27th March, An Giang University welcomed and had a meeting with Future Generations University (America). The meeting aimed to create an cooperative opportunity between universities.

On the morning of 19th March, An Giang University welcomed the delegation from Department of Agriculture of New South Wales State (Australia), ACIAR Vietnam, IRRI Vietnam and a representative of SunRice Vietnam.

As for An Giang University, there came to the meeting Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vo Van Thang - the Rector of the University, respectful lecturers in Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources and a representative of  Vinh Binh Cooperative .

On the morning of 6th March, An Giang University welcomed the delegation from Piteå City (Sweden) which was led by Mrs. Brith Fäldt - the Chairman of Community Development Committee, the Head of the supervisory board of start-up projects between An Giang and Sweden.

On the morning of 1st March 2019, conducting the plan for friendship and cooperation between An Giang Province and Champasak Province (the Lao People's Democratic Republic), An Giang University held a welcoming ceremony for 5 students from Champasak Province to An Giang University for their learning.

Last week, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Van Dat - Vice Rector of An Giang University and the boards of the School Divisions attended the initiation ceremony of “ASEAN Student Summer Camp - ASEAN SSC” which was held by the University of Science (Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City).

On the agenda of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed in 2017, on 19th February 2019, Dr. Aaron Loh - Director of Cooperation and Connection among Universities Office and representatives of lecturers and students of Assumption University (Thailand) arrived at An Giang University to discuss cooperative programs which will be developed soon.

Welcoming delegates are Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Van Dat - Vice President of An Giang University and the Boards of Faculties and the School Divisions.

On February 18th, 2019, An Giang University held a ceremony to promulgate the Rector’s decisions on civil servant affairs and honor new Doctorate holders. Attending the ceremony were Party Committee, the Rector Board and respectful lecturers who are the Board of the School Divisions.

On February 16th, 2019, An Giang University held opening ceremony of postgraduate courses in Education Management and Resource and Environment Management in academic year of 2018-2020.

Attending the ceremony were Assoc. Prof. Vo Van Thang - Rector of An Giang University, the Board of Faculty of Education, Faculty of Engineering - Technology - Environment, School Divisions and Centers along with students in two classes.

On January 29th, 2019, An Giang University held a ceremony to honor the new Dr. Phan Thi Thanh Huyen - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages. Attending the ceremony were AGU’s Rector Board and respectful lecturers who are heads, deputy heads of the School Divisions.
